Oral Presentation Information

Oral presentation instructions at EFOA 2025

Format

  • The format of presentations should be 16:9 (widescreen format) in Microsoft PowerPoint (*.ppt and *.pptx). Feel free to use the attached template, but it is not mandatory.
  • The language should be English.
  • If pictures are not permitted, please remember to state this out loud and on one of the first slides of your presentation.
  • Feel free to use the design template for your presentation below.

Upload presentation

  • Kindly use a USB stick to transfer your presentation to the computer in the plenary room. There will be a folder system with the names of each session – please upload your presentation to the designated folder
  • Please ensure you upload your presentation no later than one hour before your session starts. The schedule for the sessions is tight, so we need the presentations uploaded in advance to reduce changeover time.
  • Personal laptops cannot be used for presentations.
  • You are also welcome to send us your slides via email to lha@cap-partner.eu before 28 August 2025.

Please remember to declare any potential conflicts of interest on the first slide of your presentation.

Chairs

All presentations will be moderated by the designated session chairs. The chairs are responsible for ensuring that speakers adhere to the allotted time and for managing the Q&A, including the number of questions to be taken.

 

At the end of the symposium, all presentations will be deleted to prevent any copyright issues from arising.
