Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu.
Refund of registration fees will be granted as follows:
Cancellations postmarked before and on 13 July 2025 will be refunded deducting an administration fee of 250 DKK.
After 13 July 2025, registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.
NB! Please note that tickets for the Symposium dinner are non-refundable.
If the conference is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
Payment & VAT Terms
Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer), credit card (Master or VISA), or EAN invoicing. Upon completion of the registration, an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and the only copy you will receive.
It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address are entered during the process.
Registration fees will be charged in DKK (VAT exempt). Symposium dinner are subject to 25% VAT. EFOA 2025 is registered under the congress secretariat VAT number 34599963. It is required that we charge local VAT. The reverse charge mechanism does not apply.
Disclaimer
In case the conference is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, the fees will be refunded after expenses incurred by the meeting, have been deducted.
CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the conference. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the conference, hereunder registration and information about the conference.
Your data will not be passed on to any third party unless you have accepted to share your contact details with sponsors and exhibitors during the registration process.
